Last week's post was all about wearing white throughout the fall and winter after Labor Day...But there's one occasion when wearing white is still usually taboo. Weddings are the time to avoid white and break out the color in your wardrobe.
I recently attended an early fall wedding and found that it was a great occasion to wear my Eva dress/tunic in burgundy. It kept me comfortable all night and the shoulder slit detail added a modern touch. Reds, magentas, purples and golds compliment the season and the changing colors of the leaves, so the color was perfect.
Gold heels (Steven by Steve Madden), jewelry (Tous) and a beaded clutch dressed up the look.
